Dave, Holding #1. Will you be coming to the Bel Air Town Run on 1 June?
Mike…sorry I did not know if I would be able to as I was running the Vermont City Marathon today and did not know how I would recover. I ended up being forced to stop at 18 miles and ended up in medic tent with ivs because of dehydration. I have to see how I feel the next few days, but if I recover well I would love to run if that’s okay with you.
